Later on JaeChiss pays a visit to Zero Guard headquarters where he discovers that his case may be the beginning of a city wide, mutagenic, epidemic.

An unwanted assassin creeps through the apartment of an unknown artists’ works searching for unnamed treasures but finds more than they’re looking for. And JaeChiss continues his investigation following Alyshaa, Dunkan and Hal to a museum where they stumble upon truths and suspicious activity deep within the building.

Barely escaping the jelly nightmare in the museum, Alyssha and Dunkan make their way home where they process the day’s events, only to make a new horrifying discovery involving another unnatural Tangle mutation. At the same time detective JaeChiss is delivered a mysterious package to the front door of his home in the night.
